OCA Global Chile has carried out the execution and development of vibration measurement and analysis services for ASMAR's industrial plant equipment. The Industry and NDT division has offered this service so that the company can comply with the Predictive Maintenance Plan, in order to avoid sudden failures, and plan the maintenance of equipment detected with problems. In this way, ASMAR has been able to meet its production goals, achieving excellence in Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Community, in addition to incorporating and implementing all current regulations within the Chilean legislation. 

The final purpose has been to provide ASMAR with qualified professional services, with competence and accredited experience, in vibration measurement and analysis for equipment in continuous operation, in normal and emergency conditions. The developed service allows the information of the vibration tendency of the analyzed equipment, current situation of the equipment, diagnosis of failures when applicable, which allows optimizations such as the reduction of losses in productivity by equipment in bad condition or damaged; stock control and economic optimization of resources avoiding the excess of spare parts. In addition, the reduction of HH of equipment maintenance, the increase of useful life of equipment and the planned control of useful life of equipment for timely change, among others.
