Technical, financial and commercial advisor to the lender with respect to the development of the Moçambique Solar Power Plant, a solar photovoltaic power project located in Mozambique.

OCA Global will assume the role of Lender's Technical Advisor (LTA) on behalf of Afreximbank (the Lender), for a proposed project to design, build, own, operate, maintain, finance, manage and transfer a solar PV power plant in Pemba, Mozambique, with an estimated total cost of $32.7 million. As LTA, OCA Global will conduct a comprehensive review of the technical, financial, environmental and commercial aspects of the project, identify any inadequacies discovered, quantify the impact of these inadequacies (where possible) and recommend improvements to rectify any inadequacies discovered.
