The overall objective of this technical assistance assignment was to assist JASPERS Energy and Solid Waste Division in the implementation of tasks included in ongoing and planned JASPERS assignments in Croatia and Romania: DH projects in Zagreb, Osijek, Velika Gorica, Rijeka, Slavonski Brod, Split and Bucharest.
