The purpose of this contract is to strengthen the competitiveness of Guatemalan SMEs through institutional strengthening of the technical and management capacities of the Ministries of Economy (MINECO), Agriculture (MAGA) and Public Health (MSPAS) and their agencies in the areas of quality, sanitary and phytosanitary regulations, trade facilitation and promotion, and public-private dialogue; and to facilitate coordination between MINECO, other ministries, donors and private sector institutions.
