The overall objective is to support INTPA HQ in its strategic approach to Africa-EU relations, in particular to advise on regulatory and policy matters in a comprehensive and rapid reliable manner, specifically tailored to DG INTPA's needs. The advice will consist of providing support materials on regulatory and policy issues, on a comprehensive, reliable and ready-to-use basis, including studies, analyses and policy reports and the like. The support is focused around 4 thematic areas:

• Private sector and trade
• Transport and infrastructure
• Digital technologies and services
• Sustainable energy and climate change.
