The main objective of this project is to provide a national cross-sectoral participatory design strategy to help Costa Rica's national, regional and local authorities and private sector stakeholders guide, monitor and evaluate the country's transition to a CE, addressing the legal, social, economic and cultural barriers that hinder this process.
