European Trade and Investment Policy Support Project (MUTRAP IV)   

The global objective is to promote Vietnam's integration into the global, ASEAN and sub-regional trading systems and to enhance trade and investment relations between the EU and Vietnam, maximizing the benefits for the country's economic development, inclusive growth and poverty reduction. Technical assistance will be provided in order to support the Ministry of Industry and Trade in facilitating sustainable international trade and investment through enhanced capacity for policy formulation, policy consultation, and negotiation and implementation of related commitments, in particular with respect to the EU.
