The overall objective of this assignment is to contribute to the sustainable management of Rwanda's biodiversity, through the development of a Rwanda Conservation Strategy to be validated by key stakeholders. The ultimate goal is to provide a policy framework, master plan and pragmatic guidance for the protection and management of natural and cultural landscape sites or features, including but not limited to national parks.
