The purpose of this contract is to carry out the supervision as owner engineer of Phase II. This Phase II, in addition to the construction of the solar field, includes the construction of a 24.5 kV / 115kV booster substation, the construction of a 200 m line for the interconnection of the plant. 

This project will also ensure the contractor's compliance with applicable regulations and legal, technical, accounting, administrative, financial and environmental aspects.
