OCA Global has concluded Lenders’ Technical Advisory (LTA) services for Finergreen, serving as the financial advisor for a photovoltaic project in Portugal developed by Enerland, a prominent renewable energy firm. With a peak power capacity of 22.1 MWp, the PV Project has reached significant milestones, securing local permits, interconnection agreements, environmental permits, and a long-term land lease contract. OCA Global's key LTA tasks encompassed a comprehensive range of activities, including solar resource study, energy yield assessment, technology and equipment review, evaluation of EPC contract warranties, project cost and schedule assessments, analysis of O&M contractual terms, review of project costs and technical inputs for financial modeling, economic evaluation for project viability and compliance check with Equator Principles. This collaboration solidified OCA Global's leading role as a technical advisor in the renewable energy sector in Portugal.
