The overall objective of this contract is to contribute to enhancing the capacities of MoAPF and SSUFSCP in the design and implementation of key reforms stemming from the Association Agreement and DCFTA and thus improve Ukraine's food safety and veterinary health and animal welfare control system to ensure compliance, monitoring, coordination and enforcement of legislation developed by the EU.
