The objective of the project is to contribute to improved governance, transparency, accountability and efficient service delivery through the implementation of eGovernment in South Sudan. To this end, the project aims to deliver three outputs: 

• A national eGovernment strategy for 2021-2027
• An action plan for the adoption of the aforementioned strategy
• A guidance document for possible support from the EU and other donors in the field of eGovernment.
