OCA Global is conducting Technical Due Diligence for a confidential client's portfolio comprising of 36 PV Plants in Italy and Spain. Ranging from 5 MW to 200 MW, these projects are currently in development with the aim of reaching the "Ready to Build" (RTB) stage. The overarching goal is to potentially sell them to a third party or integrate them into the client's 1GW asset management portfolio. 

The scope of work encompasses a thorough review of project documents, including Connection Documents, evaluation of site, environmental, and social aspects, assessment of evacuation technology and infrastructure, examination of financial models, Energy Yield Assessment, and review of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) contracts. OCA Global also provides construction supervision to ensure the technical integrity and viability of the projects throughout their development phases.
