The objective of this consultancy is to develop a detailed investment plan with current and required investments, as well as available financing options, to achieve Suriname's updated NDC. 

The analysis will identify the financial and non-financial needs to address the effective implementation of the NDC. It will also identify institutional and policy barriers, gaps and opportunities.
