The overall objective of RECASEB is to contribute to poverty reduction by achieving the sustainable development objectives of access to energy, promotion and development of renewable energies (Renewable Energies) and energy efficiency (EE). In other words, the aim is to improve the institutional framework of the energy sector (access to electricity, renewable energies and EE) in Benin at the regulatory and organizational level and to accompany the reforms.
